Elamus Bowling & Pub HOUSE RULES
- Arrive 10 minutes before your booking starts so you have time to get ready.
- Your booking will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
- Playing time will not be extended in case of late arrival.
- A maximum of 6 people can play on one lane.
- Play only in special bowling shoes (available for rent on-site).
- Do not leave the premises wearing bowling shoes.
- Choose a ball with a suitable weight – a higher number means a heavier ball.
- Only one ball may be thrown on a lane at a time.
- Throwing a ball onto an unlit lane is not allowed.
- Stay only within the approach area.
- Stepping onto the bowling lane itself is not allowed.
- Only the person throwing the ball should be in the approach area.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed in the approach area.
- Do not put your hands into the ball return opening.
- If a ball does not return, please notify the lane instructor.
- In case of technical problems, please contact the lane instructor.
- If any food or drink is spilled on the floor, notify the bar staff immediately.
- After the game, return the balls and shoes to their designated storage areas.
- The booking must be paid for in full.
- We reserve the right to refuse service in case of aggressive or rude behavior.
- Intoxicated customers or those under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
- Visitors who violate the rules will not be served and may be asked to leave.
- Parents or the person booking the service are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors.
- Staff are not responsible for visitors’ personal or unattended belongings.
- Elamus Bowling & Pub reserves the right to charge compensation for damaged property.
- Consuming outside food and drinks is not allowed at Elamus Bowling & Pub.
